I went in today to get my charging port fixed and had told them before hand that everything else was working I just needed the charging port to be replaced. They told me to wait an hour and it would be done so I did so came back to check on them they’ve only done half the job. SCAMMERS!!! If I could give less stars I would. I purchased a power bank from here and was informed it was good quality and ensured it was fully charged before purchasing. Within 30 the power bank had died and only charged my phone 10%. I took it back asking for a refund as the product was obviously faulty and poor quality. I was refused a refund as they ‘don’t offer them’.
