The guy has no clue on how to Fix anything. I went there to Fix a small charging Issue. Ended up with a Brick. He takes no responsability، and blames it on me. He thinks it's a random coiencidence، My phone break down with new Issue right after he takes to Fix it.
Would give this company minus stars if I could. Bought 2 fast chargers from them less than a month ago. They don't charge fast just slowly. Refused to give me a refund even though I had a receipt saying 90 days warranty on it. These guys are scammers breaking the law. The chargers are fake Samsung's, do not buy from this company at all
Have an iphone 14 pro, had to go back there 4 times because they put a very low quality screen, then they told me they have a better quality screen oled, and that ended up over heating my iphone, they told me i have an issue with my battery but i do not, it was very difficult to get my refund back which i only got 70%, i went to another phone repair shop and now it’s perfectly fine my phone isn’t overheating, would definitely not recommend this place because of there poor quality screens.
I visited yesterday for my phone protector, The lady removed the phone protector with out asking me and said same protector is not available, when I asked her why you removed my phone protector she said I didn't know that we don't have, after that I had arguments with her she misbehave with me alot and I done the official complaint in the westpoint blacktown office.
