I found this eye doctor through the Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield website listed under the approved providers. I called to schedule an appointment for an eye exam for 2 of my kids and was asked for insurance information which I provided. I was told it was approved and confirmed the appointment. I take my kids out of school early and go to the appointment. At the front desk I was told they do not accept my insurance for eye exams. Why wasn't I told this over the phone?!! Excellent staff. Front ladies very kind and knowledgeable. They gave my sister excellent care as a walk in.
The staff is super friendly. My dad have a hard time understanding English, the staff and Dr. Pholvichitr was extremely patient in helping him and getting him the eye care that he long needed. Would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends.
time I was sitting there for an hour an no service even when I was second person in the building even after I set up a appointment online. no type of customer service.
Paul and Corrina are the best.. Always making sure customers are happy...
