Unfortunately, this florist makes very poor floral arrangements that are not remotely close to what you order. It's a shop to avoid by all means necessary and do not even try. 0 stars - just like over reviews.

This place is shady. A beautiful gesture from my boyfriend and they sent clearly wilted flowers, that were either damaged in transport or assembled that way. It’s obvious they are aware of the various delivery issues because they refuse to provide any reliable contact method. I’ll be telling my wonderful boyfriend to dispute the charge with his credit card company for a refund.

Hilariously bad. Didn't fulfill my online order for Valentine's Day, even though I got a confirmation email. My girlfriend drove 20 miles to go pick up her bouquet (confirmed order 5171) and they had no idea what she was talking about. Why, do you ask, did she have to drive 20 miles? Because these unbelievable incompetents advertise their business as "Downingtown Flowers," which is her hometown, 20 MILES away from their actual location. What kind of florist has a fax number listed as their only contact? Our order was a mixed up confusion and I'm still trying to contact them. I'd say tread carefully if you choose to use this florist. I left 3 messages on the delivery person's phone & have received no answers from anyone.

If I could give this 0 stars I truly would. I have never been so disappointed in my life. Attached photos of what I ordered vs what I received... Not even remotely close... I tried to be understanding but the florist did not even work with me to send over something comparable to what I ordered. And said they could not deliver my order for another 7 days....
