Dr. Heather Millard treated my cat Barney. He had extensive cancer and she operated on him 3 times. I was amazed with her knowledge, skill, and compassion. She gave me about a year and a half of extra time with him. I will always be grateful to her.
Dr. H Millard and her staff are absolutely amazing! We brought our little dog 3 hours from Wichita to see them after he was diagnosed with cancer. They whole process from start to finish was simple, precise and they have been so kind and caring, and very communicative. It made dealing with a pretty devastating diagnosis much easier! Happy to report, out little guy is Cancer free and doing amazing thanks to them!!!
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Heather Millard and the staff of Phoenix. She has given us more quality time with our boy, and five stars frankly, are not enough. A client recommended her, and then a veterinary specialist, a vet nurse, friends, and the list goes on. Our 12 year old Labrador experienced an infection in his rear leg as a result of a broken TPLO cord. He went from limping to swelling to wound drainage in days. We thought we would lose him. Dr. Millard saved him. He performed what we call heroic surgery on our boy. Doctors Millard saw him almost daily for wound dressing and to check on him. Their vet techs are incredibly kind. Lifting our 75 pound pup into the van so we didn't have to. Just an incredible group of people. We are beyond grateful.
