David was a real cool and down to earth sales man really enjoyed his service
This establishment is the absolute worst to do business with. Put 8k down on a box truck that leaks when it rains, brought the truck back to be repaired allegedly but the leaks were not fixed. Then when driving the truck the check engine lights came on. Gave multiple chances for them to correct the issues only to be told to get off their property and that my money would not be refunded if I want a refund I must take them to court. gaste 30k por un truck que apenas lo maneje por unos dias y ya me daba problemas lo lleve pq tenia garantia pero despues q paso el mes de garantia vinieron los problemas ya e gastado mas de 6k en este truck y aun me sigue dando mas problemas tambien sigo espera do mi titulo y placas q aun no me llegan para poder venderlo ya q me sigue dando mas gastos no lo recomiendo para nada "ojala ubiera visto los reviews de este dealer antes para darme cuenta q son unos estafadores"
very disappointed with the teuck I bought from them, 24k truck, 2 months tow 2 times, expended over $3000 on repairs out of my pocket coz the warranty doesn't cover it... very sad.. decepcionado con el truck que les compre, $24000 me costo y en 2 meses me toco grua 2 veces, he pagado mas de 3 mil en reparaciones de mi blosa porque la garantia no la cubria. demaciado decepcionado, no recomiendo comprar en pheonix truxx.

RUN DONT WALK AWAY. RUN. I gave a $3000 deposit to be used as a down payment, but decided i didn’t want the truck after weighing the options considering it needed $6k or work to be done after buying it, but the next day the check was already cashed before 21 hours of even being at the dealership. Absolute thieves! This company took a $1,000 deposit from us to hold a vehicle that we were thinking about buying. This refundable deposit was taken over the phone because we live in Maryland. After reviewing the final offer we decided not to take the vehicle and asked for our deposit back. That is when we found out just how unscrupulous these people really are.
