I’ve been living here for almost a year and I have absolutely no complaints. Recently I’ve was out due to a work injury and the manager Angeline has been beyond accommodating and helpful with assisting me. I’ve rented for a few years now and have never seen a manager to the lengths she has gone to assist her tenants. I appreciate the patience Angeline had with my family. I had to help with doing some translation with my grandma needing assistance. She said everything so we could understand and gave us places to get help. I appreciate her support and kindness to our situation. Now we don’t have a debt and can stay in our home.
Dr S.- Thampy.. Angelina was a wonderful resource for me. She was knowledgeable about all the floor plans and surrounding shopping centers and freeways, which is vital for me. Upon entering the office I found the front office, gathered and speaking unprofessionally, as if not at work Angelina waved and smiled. She seemed to be doing multiple tasks. First time experiencing bad treatment From Manager Evangeline unprofessional rude and bossy while talking to her on the phone. Also was on the phone with me while i heard her. Treating the other employees Jose and hazel rude and bad. When they were so sweet and helpful with me and my children.
