Kambria said she is the manager here but she not working like manager she have attitude I don’t know for what reason we pay for luxury townhome,i go to many times to the office and try to talk to her she don’t wanna talk the another staff is good but she is not good she not helping for nothing . I will be leaving when my lease is done . I also Referred a friend and was promised $700 off my rent & i never received that promise . My referral moved in already 6 months ago

I don’t know what I have to do to get luxury here since that’s what it says in the name here . I always ask the manager Kambria and abmerocio when is the pool going to be open again and they always say they don’t know and shrug me to the side . Also my stove keeps going out this would be the 3 time the coils mess up and all I ask is for her to tell maintenance to switch it out please because it’s the same issues and she told me herself she’s not giving me a new stove because she thinks it’s my fault it’s breaking down but it... read more

First maintenance never does their job and neither does the manager that women Cambria is always having a bad attitude every single time I go in the office if you CANT handle that position get out of the big girl position . All she does is hide in the back office and never comes to help she sends the other two ladies to help me even though I want to speak to her because she said she is the manager . I asked for regional managers email and she refused but all I want is my work orders finished!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kambria is always misplacing my money order for rent because i always turn in my rent ON time and this is why i ALWAYS keep my receipts because she claimed 2 months in a row that i haven’t paid but i always show my receipts and says “ oh sorry I’m new to inputing rent “ , and rolls her eyes and then walks away .& when i told her my lock on my door was loose when i moved in she said it wasnt an emergency and again rolls her eyes . Im always very nice so im confused and will be leaving when my lease is up . BECAUSE OF HER .
