I would give zero stars if I could this place is disgusting. The people that work here are horrible. My husband scheduled an appointment with them and when we showed up they said it was the week before. My husband stated "I think that's impossible because I called on the 8th" They called to the back and said "it's fine we can squeeze you in" after the front desk lady stated that a disgusting man in scrubs walked up and in the most condescending way stated "you called on the 7th not the 8th just so you know...." Very disappointed in visit- Dr Farber was rude, condescending and unprofessional- will not recommend or return! Office staff was friendly!
Excellent doctor and staff is very friendly, explained my issue in a way I understood, and was clear about my surgery. If ever needed would go back and pass on his name to others.
