Make sure the client is given the service that was paid for. I was gifted a deluxe facial but left with a standard facial. My facial only lasted 30 minutes and there was no massage involved. I will add that the technician was friendly.
I had my hair cut by Krista about 2 months ago. I love it so much, I took my two kids to her today. Their hair is perfect! She was so awesome and patient with our 6 year old who doesnt do well in chairs. Seriously, hands down, my favorite place in the MGM!

This salon and is so relaxing my hair stylist Stephani Trent is very good at making you relax and make you feel beautiful.
I drove and hour today to see Kristi Williams to get back to school cuts for my kids and my eye brows waxed. After our appointment, my kids were dying to tour upstairs, so she gave them a quick tour. Kristi has been doing my hair for a couple years and I'd go anywhere to see her! If you need someone super talented with a fun disposition, she's your girl!
I have been in to see Kimberly twice so far, once for a cut and style and I saw her again today for color and style and she has done a great job both times! I absolutely love my new cut and color!
