It was raining in Chandler the other day and I had a leak. I scrambled to find a roofing company that was open, since it was the weekend, a Sunday actually. I called a number of places but no one answered. That's excepr for Phoenix Roofing Team. They answered and agreed to come out to my roof and tarp it. After that they provided a free estimate. Quality, customer oriented service.
I called Phoenix Roofing Team on a Saturday morning, not expecting an answer. To my surprise, they picked up the phone. The office manager said that she was just forwarding their number to her cell phone for the weekend, and that they would be happy to help. They scheduled me right on the phone -- and a few days later I had a quote. My roof is finished. They did a great job. Loved the customer service. Thanks!
