Phenomenal company that makes all of the emotions involved with a awful situation fade!! Chase and Dakota made it a point to drive from Wichita and Hutchinson respectively well after hours to make sure they started dry out immediately after a random pipe burst in my basement. Absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend them enough. They worked so hard to save my basement. Showed up when they said they would, worked hard and got it dried out in three days. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with workmen! 10 out of 10 recommend
I have used Phoenix a few times over the past 10 years for various projects with great success. My need for them this past weekend compelled me to write this review. On Sunday afternoon, Mother's Day, a large water line broke on the exterior of a large building, putting over 2' of water into a business that operates 24/7. Chad and Ryan immediately dispatched their team and ample equipment to the site to start extracting water from the building.
