Phoenix Restoration was such a blessing while helping us with our flooded basement! I am so grateful that I called them. Admittedly, I was at a loss about what to do or who to call. I really appreciated the quick response time. Chase came out within 3 hours of being called (I know it was at least a 2 1/2 hour drive time to get here), so I'm very thankful for his prompt service. He got fans, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers going immediately, PLUS he worked with our maintenance technician on what we could do on our part to continue the restoration process. We also really appreciated the knowledge of job and product, as well as the great attitude of Phoenix technician, Chase. Thanks, again!
