Val is amazing! She knows exactly what you need to work on to get you back in shape and back to your old self. She knows your limits and where to push them and when to back off. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you are making progress and feel good while doing it. My last day was bittersweet because I really enjoyed going but was also happy I didn't need physical therapy because I was better!
My first time having to go through physical rehabilitation I walked thru the front door not knowing what to expect. Well I was greeted with a hello and a warm smile from Gina. After completing some paperwork I met Valerie my PT who couldn't have been more pleasant. I had already been here months ago with my boyfriend for his therapy and it was great then. I was hoping I would go here for my therapy instead of anywhere else because it was extremely close and they are the friendliest in the building. Gina is always smiling and she always even sounds like she is smiling through the phone. My experience at Phoenix Rehab has been excellent. My PT Valerie Hiles, is extremely knowledgeable and I feel that I am getting the best care. The atmosphere and staff make it very comfortable while you are there.
