RecommendedAfter injuring my throwing shoulder in a Snowboarding accident, all I wanted was to be able to throw a baseball again without pain. Being a pitcher, I took this injury very seriously. Doctors had no clue what was causing the pain and my X-ray came back negative. Val worked with me twice a week for about 10 weeks, even gave me exercises to do at home and after the 10 weeks, I felt no pain when throwing. To put it to the ultimate test, I played my Baseball season and had a better year than last year. Thanks Val!!! 💪⚾️

Valerie is, simply put, amazing. She is truly kind and unbelievably knowledgeable. She makes every single patient feel like their concerns are taken seriously and makes accommodations and recommendations based on each individual. I had an awesome experience at Phoenix, Valerie is an excellent therapist and Morgan very helpful; both are super-friendly and immediately make you feel right at home. Valerie gives you plenty of attention no matter how many clients are currently receiving therapy, and will definitely challenge and motivate you. Don't hesitate to contact them if you need their services.
I am so fortunate to have the greatest physical therapist, Valerie who works for Phoenix Rehab in West Chester, PA. Valerie uses several modalities to help and heal as well as her amazing caring personality. I have a really bad shoulder and in her care, I am full of hope that the pain will leave in time. If you need a PT, she is the absolute best. 5 out of 5 stars!!
Valerie is a truly fantastic therapist. She is knowledgable , competent and caring. She uses all these resources to help her clients recover from their injuries. Val is a lifesaver. I started with virtually no use of my left arm (rotary cuff issues) to having almost full use in just a couple of weeks. I’m not finished with therapy yet but life is much better. I would (and have) recommended them to others and would continue to go here.
