I’ve started seeing Carlos my therapist in October after an Achilles’ tendon repair in August. I have to say he is the best and have help me to get back to my normal routine. I started with another facility closer to my home since it was more convenient but was not progressing as I wanted but since starting with Carlos I have almost achieved my goals.
Carlos rehabbed me after two previous surgeries when he worked for Physiotherapy Associates. I could always count on him to give me solid advice and help me gauge when to push and when to rest. I truly believe I would have had to give running up several years ago without his techniques to release scar tissue, strengthen supporting muscles and stretch more effectively. So, when I started having some difficulty with my half marathon training I was so happy to hear he was back in Vienna. Thanks so much!
