Eventually we found a place we really like within our price range, even though it took a lot of commuting and staying with friends. We might have been anxious and intimidated, but having the Realty team guide us through the processes definitely made everything less painful. Most importantly, they didn’t give up on us.

It's usually very stressful trying to find a decent rental around Boston. We got such great help from Phoenix Realty that we felt we had nothing to worry about. Found a great place!

They got back to us the day we first called them. We have a great agent who knows his stuff. He's very responsible and fun to deal with. Getting an apartment in Boston was a lot easier with them than we expected it to be.

I moved here almost a year ago due to education purposes, my best friend and I started looking sometime during summer last year, we chose them because of all the positive reviews and we have no complaints. They have been great.

Phoenix has been managing our property for over two years now. Overall our experience has been excellent. They are fair, and have even pushed back sometimes when representing the needs of my tenants. This is a good thing, and this one reason why we hired them. When I was a renter I wish I had rented from a company like this. They're doing a great job!

They have proven to be honest, from having truthful advertisements to their professionalism in doing business. Great selection and quality houses. I still have to secure a mortgage, but from what I've experienced so far I have no doubt that I will be closing on a house with them soon.

As a fellow real estate professional, I have had the opportunity to work with Phoenix Realty in a cooperative role. I have found them to be courteous and fair to me and my office. They have also been friendly. I am writing this review mainly because the previous reviews sound like an isolated incident rather than the norm for Phoenix Realty.

Ken @ Phoenix Realty has been my prop mgr/agent for the past 3 years and has consistently kept me updated with what I need to know and professionally handled any other details with the tenants promptly and efficiently. My condo has been rented 100% of the time at full market value! He has been easy to work with and get a hold of; he has truly made being a landlord hassle free!
