Posting date October 16, 2024. I would like somebody to acknowledge me and my problem. Howard, the original retail manager we bought from, no longer works there. I have spoken so many times with him concerning the waterfall light and the control panel. The phone calls started 13 months after delivery. You replaced the light wiring once with a used one which never fixed the issue. Your technician's said BullFrog doesn't like replacing these items. Place just randomly closes during business hours. Spoiler: "back in ten minutes" was not accurate. Waited for 10 then left. Who knows how long the sign was posted.
They do water testing and always are friendly and answer all my questions. They have lots of products for pools and spa's.
They don't finish jobs! Rude and unprofessional!!!!
Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve experienced in a long time. I bought a home that had one of their pools installed. Called to see if they could come adjust the pool cover. No answer, no response. Called again, no answer/response. Called a 3rd time, no answer/response. This was over a period of a week. Finally drove into the store off 204th and Pacific and spoke to the manager who had to call the other store to find out they do not work on covers and did not have a recommendation.
