I take my 2 kids to the Northern Ave office. The Dr is great and the Dental assistants are awesome and work well with kids. But the receptionist lady is very rude! I hate bad reception especially the front office as it's the first encounter when you walk in. I made them aware and will be taking note going forward.

My kids have been going to Phoenix Pediatric Dental for over 16 years. The staff and dentists are all kind and are sensitive to the kids little mouths. I can't say enough about the staff.

Im so shocked by our horrible experience. Thank God I advocated for my kid otherwise they were trying to move forward without consulting the hematologist. The dentist we had did not listen and had to explain several times. He refused to speak to me and only talk to my husband. My husband had to bite his tongue a lot. Thankfully that doctor is not the one that goes to PCH to do the procedure.

No complaints EVER. They automatically treat you like family from the time you walk in, I wish I came to this place from the very beginning, but I have nothing but gratitude and respect for these team members! Hands down the best team for your family! Your kids will love the gift they deserve after a good visit Thank you! Norling girls
