El servicio de dentista pediatrico que ofrecen es excelente, personas amables y profesionales y un lugar limpio y acondicionado para los niños, gracias
They are bad when it comes to communication and calling their patients as a courtesy reminder especially when it comes to getting a procedure done under anesthesia we showed up with our son and he had to go under anesthesia and we totally forgot he had to be on an empty stomach so we had to reschedule which we did but decided to look for a different dental office and now this 2nd time “they did call” too late though.
Update: two days after posting the review I received a certified letter dismissing us. Never got a call or anything. After speaking with the large community I am apart of this is a very common practice and how reviews get removed by them. Read reviews from years ago this is common practice and if you do not remove review they will not keep you as a client.
