Had to change my rating since they are no longer responding to me
Beautiful inside building and out. Self serve Starbucks machine in lobby is a plus as well as workout room. Maintenance makes it all worth staying, very kind and attentive, make ya feel like family. A hop and a skip away from awesome nightlife all while enjoying the city.
New management has been frustrating. The past three times it has snowed, they have not plowed. Several people had issues getting their car out of the garage. Not sure why this has happened- Once maybe, but this has happened three times now in a row. Also, sidewalks have not been shoveled or salted either at times. This is an expensive place to live and plowing snow and shoveling sidewalks should be expected. Sad because it is a beautiful building.
