I’m not fully sure what to think as a new patient. Everything was kind of confusing. Most places when you do paperwork online the system already stores it. Apparently you have to print out the online one and bring it but there’s nothing in bold letters that says that’s an option. When I get there, there’s check in kiosks but i didn’t need to use them I guess so that confused me. I get checked in, I’m handed the same paperwork I did online. I really like Dr. Foltz, his staff really went downhill. If it isn't bad enough that I'm battling cancer and am in pain, when they tell me I have a balance due and I ask for the bill I certainly expect you to provide it and not tell me to call the billing office. Next, I need a referral and they then tell me to call the referral department. Are they freaking serious? I just walked out and am considering finding a new neurologist. I don't need the extra work, oh wait, I don't work for them.
Scheduling leaves something to be desired and the facility has kind of a dark creepy vibe.
Dr. Foltz has been my Neurologist for several years now and I couldn't be happier with him and his staff. Phoenix Neurology & Sleep Medicine is a fantastic practice. I have referred a number of people to them. I don't actually know how many have acted on my referral. but the practice has been highly recommended. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Foltz and his team.
Excellent service. Care providers are all so professional.
