I don’t know why I filled out paperwork in detail he never looked at it. He offered to to give me medication that I was highly allergic to and it was stated in my paperwork. I also am in so much pain but have to wait a month for a nerve study and then I don’t get the results until September

This place is amazing don’t get me wrong, the staff is nice and my main neurologist actually cares about my chronic headaches and solving it. I forgot her name but she has short blondish or orangish hair. What made me rate 3 stars was my visit today. Instead of my original doctor I had an older Asian woman with graying black hair. It was quite informative everyone was courteous
What a disappointing experience. Besides the NP being 30 mins late to see me, they make you fill out a redundant packet to asses symptoms in which the provider did not even look at. She asked me 4 questions and called it a day. No vitals, weight, etc. I was then asked to do a sleep study which was going to be scheduled about a month in advance.
