I lived in these buildings for 12 years, and have very little good to say about the experience. The first year of our lease was fine. The building managers at the time were responsive, friendly, and genuinely good people. But after that first year, everything changed. The competent building managers were replaced by a couple who ran the place like their own little fiefdom — they'd show up at your door on the second of the month demanding rent in cash, they'd make threatening phone calls in response to work orders, blamed lon... read more
2016 , was the best year they had building management. After that , alot of turn over . And the few that are still working, blow you off , say they will show up to deal with something and don't. Area around garbage dumpsters is always a mess . Alot of passing the buck goes on .
