When this was Phoenix labs, everything ran smoothly. Results in a timely manner, I could call and talk to a pathologist, wonderful courier. They were great to work with.. After Zoetis took over things are often a mess. The couriers have lost samples, or don't seem willing to go an alternate route to pick up samples, very difficult to get a consult on a case, results take longer or sometimes don't even get sent unless we call.
