Buying my Ford Escape was a non stressful enjoyable experience...Justin was @ the entrance to greet us. We spoke with him for around 5 minutes then he pointed us in the direction where the SUV's were. No pressure at all we walked around until I found exactly what I was looking for...in my price range. I inquired about a truck and was contacted by Jean the next morning. I was treated very well through out the entire experience. I found the best truck at the best price around. I was looking for close to three months for the right deal. I would highly recommend Jean and the rest of the staff to treat you like I was treated!!!
I was contacted by Jean. She was very prompt to respond to my inquiry. She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I ended up by from a private seller and never actually got to meet her or see the car I inquired about but she was very helpful and I really appreciated all she did for me!

Never in my life have I had a better experience buying a car. Justin was there for us every step of the way, showed us a great jeep to replace an old friend at a phenomenal price. When we discovered a leak in the transmission, Justin took care of us immediately and had the new jeep ready to return to us in less than 24 hours! I will (have already) recommend Phoenix without hesitation.
Justin was great! We bought a Lancer Evolution at an amazing price. We were out of state so he was able to get our financing secured and paperwork done before we even arrived. We are so happy and will surely do business with Justin and Phoenix again! Highly recommended!
