We have been using Phoenix for almost a year. They installed our humidifier and then we contracted with them for yearly maintenance checks on our units. In the summer when our AC was checked we proactively found some issues which were fixed and increased efficiency. Just this past week we had them out to check on a possible leak. From calling the office to working with our tech the process was both smooth and informative. Highly recommend them for quality and reliable work.

What a great professional: so knowledgeable and a great communicator. Some of these tech guys can’t explain much, but not Matt! He spent time to make sure we grasp the problem. Very appreciated when he went out of his way to replace the broken part today without having make another trip.
