They are very disrespectful to the residents that live in the area near them ! They play the music so loud and add speakers to make it even louder we can’t even watch our tv’s even with our windows shut ! Blocks away from them even! I haven’t heard any decent music either for three years ! Never seen one popular group there either or heard them play there either! Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and it has a heated pool! Tried to stay a second time but they were booked.
Review for customer service/front desk only. Front desk could not be more rude for a mundane phone call to confirm booking. I requested for 1 night through Booking.com for next week, and they sent an email stating the booking has not been confirmed and advised I contact the property directly. I called and talked to this gentleman named Robert the Supervisor, who had a knack for cutting me off mid-word. A very cute little spot! The rooms are clean and a pretty good size, the staff is super friendly, the rates are reasonable, and it's in a good location.
