These people were who was selected by my case manager for home health after a near death motorcycle accident. They called me the day I was discharged last Tuesday then never again, the phone number they called from rings back to no one. After terminating our first home health company we were recommended to Phoenix, which we are now so very thankful for. We worked with the team out of Lebanon Missouri and our case worker there was Alison Price, who is great at her job. She chose the perfect aide for our gpa and our aide is a godsend. She has a heart of gold! Her name is Suzanne! So excited to see how the future will unfold with her love, care and support.
