Doctor Chan is by far the BEST doctor I have had. She is thorough and still does not run hours late for appointments. She is understanding and considerate and does her best to accommodate me. The front desk staff are always very pleasant and can be quite funny 🤣
PLEASE READ****** if you need a driver's report form completed. Phoenix Healthcare 450 Frederick St Suite 301, Kitchener Visited yesterday (December 2, 2025) for a routine driver's medical examination and report. The exam took less than 15 minutes and the doctor was fine, but when I went to pay I was hit with a $260.00 bill. Absolutely no mention of fee when I booked the appointment, when I checked in, or before the exam started. I was completely blindsided. This would be one of those few instances where i have an absolutely negative experience to share. Dr ghuman was pretty inefficient and unprofessional in the only meeting i have had with her. I understand busy schedules and running late but when the receptionist asks you 20 mins after waiting, casually at that “ oh tell me your name again i may have just forgotten about you” that says a lot about the basic work ethic that backs this place.
