Great Flowers! Phoenix Flower Shops just delivered an amazing floral arrangement to me. I love it!! And the delivery guy was so sweet...made my day!
NO VALENTINE'S DELIVERY I placed an order for Valentines Day over the phone to ensure the roses and chocolate would be delivered before 2:30 pm. I was assured it would not be an issue. Well here it is 4:30 and my girlfriend has left work for the day before any roses or box of chocolate arrived. I'm sure her co-workers and my girlfriend are thinking what a slacker. They did offer to deliver the roses later in the evening or the following day but that won't work.
Awful fruit basket I received 2 fruit baskets while I was recently in the hospital. Phoenix Flower Shop delivered one and I was going to share the fruit with the nurses. But it was awful. The fruit was soft and old. The basket was topped with a pull-bow, the kind you get at Michaels for a dollar. I was actually embarassed. Phoenix Flower Shops I needed to send flowers to a relative in Gilbert. I used Phoenixflowershops.com because I like shopping online but wanted a local florist, with a wide variety of items to choose from. I found their website very user friendly- and even earned Petal Reward points for placing my order online. After my order was delivered I received a delivery confirmation email (which I was not expecting)
Reneged on agreement I ordered a plant for a memorial service, and I have to guess that they thought I wouldn't be there. I had asked them to add extra flowers because the plant was not in bloom, and deliver it in a ceramic pot; I was charged for all these extras. When I got to the service, the sad green plant was there without any flowers, in a tired, lopsided basket with a tiny, dogeared pink bow.
Very Nice Florist This establishment tries its best to cater to your every requirement. Staff go out of their way to make sure your order is just right and everything arrives just as you plan it. It is very beautifully decorated with plants and flowers and balloons. There is limited parking in front, but more available around back. I felt cared about here by this staff.

b-e-a-u-tiful flowers Been here a couple of times already at Phoenix Flower Shops . They carry a variety of flowers for all occasions. They always make sure that you're getting the freshest flowers... very helpful staff. The best thing is that you can order yours (if you're a regular) through the phone and they'll prepare if for you for pickup. They got other stuff other than flowers.
Florist with hometown touch Although there are several locations of this family owned florist throughout the valley. This location, is located near the downtown Phoenix are and is perfect for those office deliveries. This staff is great they can handle anything from a single rose for a special person to flowers for a wedding. If flowers aren't your thing, that's ok too they have other great gift ideas, cookies, spa baskets and even lobster. They can handle it all
