NO VALENTINE'S DELIVERY I placed an order for Valentines Day over the phone to ensure the roses and chocolate would be delivered before 2:30 pm. I was assured it would not be an issue. Well here it is 4:30 and my girlfriend has left work for the day before any roses or box of chocolate arrived. I'm sure her co-workers and my girlfriend are thinking what a slacker. They did offer to deliver the roses later in the evening or the following day but that won't work.

Awful fruit basket I received 2 fruit baskets while I was recently in the hospital. Phoenix Flower Shop delivered one and I was going to share the fruit with the nurses. But it was awful. The fruit was soft and old. The basket was topped with a pull-bow, the kind you get at Michaels for a dollar. I was actually embarassed. I did call them and they sent a replacement basket, which was nice. The other basket came from another company, Basket Express, also in Phoenix. The fruit was fresh and the basket was really pretty. Dead Flowers and Bad Customer Service My husband ordered roses and had them delivered for our anniversary and they were totally dead in 2 days. The leaves were even so dried up and crunchy. He e-mailed them to let them know and they said they would delivery new flowers, which WE NEVER RECEIVED and have heard nothing from them since. Needless to say, we will NOT being ordering from Phoenix Flowers anymore. They not only have bad flowers, they have bad customer service. Thanks for nothing Phoenix Flowers!

Phoenix Flower Shops I needed to send flowers to a relative in Gilbert. I used Phoenixflowershops.com because I like shopping online but wanted a local florist, with a wide variety of items to choose from. I found their website very user friendly- and even earned Petal Reward points for placing my order online. After my order was delivered I received a delivery confirmation email (which I was not expecting)

Reneged on agreement I ordered a plant for a memorial service, and I have to guess that they thought I wouldn't be there. I had asked them to add extra flowers because the plant was not in bloom, and deliver it in a ceramic pot; I was charged for all these extras. When I got to the service, the sad green plant was there without any flowers, in a tired, lopsided basket with a tiny, dogeared pink bow.

Very Nice Florist This establishment tries its best to cater to your every requirement. Staff go out of their way to make sure your order is just right and everything arrives just as you plan it. It is very beautifully decorated with plants and flowers and balloons. There is limited parking in front, but more available around back. I felt cared about here by this staff.
