The therapist will have you waiting and then they never show up. They dont like to answer the phone or return calls. This place is bs
This place is not a good company to receive services from. The nurse practitioner is was assigned (sharon) completed disregarded certain things i said and the rest she completed misunderstood. She would not let me explain. She was throwing diagnosis out there without properly assessing me for it. She gave an incorrect diagnosis. She basically medical gaslit me. the worst. I had a referral to their office and i had to call them just to get a appointment they never reached out to me. I called to reschedule my first appointment due to me having a more important doctors appointment on the same day at the same time and they told me i would have to find a new provider all because i couldnt keep my appointment date and also never emailed me the paperwork so i could fill it out like they said they would.
My son was going here for a while. A day before his scheduled appointment they called and said they were no longer going to see him. They lied and said that no one gave permission for them to treat him then go on to say he needs further care beyond them which again was not true. Later that day they called back to say they will continue to see him. We go to his appointment that next day. All was good. Didn't even know I was discharged until I went to pick up my meds and I didn't have any. No one checks in on you to see how you're doing. The only good part about my experience was my counselor who since quit because no one else was doing their jobs.
