The absolute worst and most uncaring vet I have ever been to. We adopted a young dog from the pound, and took her to Phoenix Dog, Cat and Bird Hospital for a wellness check. I had previously gotten 2 of my cats spayed there, as well as vaccinated, and the staff seemed nice enough. Our new dog was coughing a bit, and we mentioned this to the vet, she prescribed antibiotics, to which we expressed concern about safety. The nurse told us that this was standard treatment. After taking the antibiotics for a day and a half, our dog... read more

My old dog loved them as does my new dog My old dog Max had to be put down because of kidney failure and the staff was so compassionate and caring. When I got my new puppy they are just as good as they were with Max. All I have to say is "Lets go see the girls" and both Max (before he passed away) and Shooter both get excited to go. They are very good with the animals and myself. When my husband passed away they were just as compassionate. They are very reasonable compared to some other places. MY ANIMALS LOVE THEM

My dogs & cat LOVE these folks!!! The staff is very professional & caring. My cat was very sketchy about vets & vet offices since being fixed (by a different vet) and I needed to find a new vet for her. I brought her here and despite her acting out, they were gentle & kind and very soothing. So, when I got my 2 Jack Russell pups, I started bringing them here also. They love it, too. I highly recommend these folks if you want your "buds" to get kind, considerate, highly competent health care.

good vet This place has been good to my cat, even let me come in after hours once because of a semi-emergency. I've found the vet to be very caring and accommodating, but perhaps that's because I'm also a "lesbian dyke".
