I had a great, first-time experience at Phoenix Cycles today. I told the people in the store the type of bike I was looking for and the price range that I wanted to stick to, and they went out if their way to help me find it. They even modified a less-expensive bike to meet my needs instead of encouraging me to go with a more-expensive one that I was also considering.
