Doug and Dave provide great customer service. Have always done their best to help resolve any issues I've had with my bike. Dave always does a great job when I take my bike in for it's spring tune up. Always as clean as a new one when I get it back.

Best bike shop in London. Mike is extremely helpful and knowledgable. He regularly makes adjustments to my bike, such as tightening up my breaks, for no cost and it makes a huge difference. He's also happy to answer questions and show me how to do quick fixes. I would highly recccomend Phoenix Cycles for bike maintenence and new purchases. The quality is extremely high and you'll never be disappointed. A big thank you for all your help. Owen and Lollipop (the dog)
Just bought the new 2020 Giant Trance 29-3 from Phoenix Cycle. Big thanks to Doug and the crew for setting it up and getting everything I needed to hit the trails. I highly recommend this shop. Very nice folks
