All this management company does is to create new rules so they can go around and start fining homeowners. Then they have a $25 fine that goes to the Condo Association and a $45 Admin Fee that goes right into his pocket!! Multiply that by almost 200 units several times a week, and he is getting richer by the minute!! Very unprofessional and disappointingly no communication of what goes on on common areas.
Management company completely out of control, unprofessional and unorganized including its manager who runs the company. You are basically in a lose lose situation with this company. Avoid purchasing any condo or townhouse that has this management company. You will regret it.
