Pendrick owns Phoenix Financial, if you are a Healthcare provider, don’t use them. Phoenix started in 2024 to attempt to collect a debt from my wife that was already paid to the healthcare provider in full back in 2021. They called and the first thing they did after saying their company name was to ask my wife for her date of birth. Very rude people the phone calls wouldn't stop I am pretty sure this place was fined for this exact thing.

So rude. They hung up on me several times before they let me dispute my bill. They told me to shut up. When I told them about my rights, they told me to take my rights elsewhere. After calling several times they won’t tell me what they are trying to collect money for, they just get upset and hang up. Now they don’t even pick up the phone.

Total scam! I paid a supposedly refundable $1,000.00 for "Ron" to do what he said was not a terribly difficult deal. Then it was a little difficult. Then, he didn't return calls. Said he preferred emails. Then he couldn't get the deal done. Ultimately, I have plenty of emails saying my refund would be coming, but he stopped answering calls and emails and a year and a half later, still NO REFUND! I still want my money. Don't use these thieves!
