I’ve seen Dr.Oatman for 10+ years I unfortunately turn 21 soon and had my last appointment with him. He is one of the best pediatric endocrinologist in the valley. Thank you Dr.Oatman for seeing me for so long and keeping me in line, please continue the amazing work you do :).
My 12-year old son fractured his arm and we have had a great experience every step of the way (so far). Urgent care on Southern got him in quickly for x-rays and a splint, and Dr. Jeff Vaughn at the Mercy Gilbert location was fantastic! He spoke directly to my son and created a care plan that we were all very happy about. The waterproof cast option is a lifesaver in this AZ heat, and thankfully it can get replaced as needed since the cast came apart between the thumb and forefinger. If I could give zero stars for the billing department I would. If you are a cash paying patient don’t even try to visit Phoenix children’s. I have had to go to many appointments for my child and they are all the same appointment with same provider, but sometimes it costs $200 and sometimes it costs $1000 for an appointment. I pay for services up front and then get sent a bill for another $1200. When I call and ask for help to understand the extra charges or have them removed, they tell me to call back in 2-3 weeks. STAY AWAY - READ THE REVIEWS I regret bringing my daughter to Phoenix Children’s Specialty Care - East Valley. After her visit, I followed up four times in five days and got no response. When the office manager (Susan) finally called, she apologized for the delay but said Dr. Prescott would need to see my daughter again.
