Wouldn’t even give them one star. If I could leave zero stars I would. The Gilbert location for orthopedics are extremely rude and do not respect people’s time. We arrived 20 mins early and almost an hour later still hadn’t been seen while others arriving after us were seen promptly and quickly without issues. My son had missed school to not even be seen. Not worth your time unless you like to sit waiting to not be seen.
I had a horrible experience with Dr. Hilow in the gastroenterology clinic. I strongly suggest seeing a different physician. I brought in my 4 month old son for feeding and weight gain issues and instead of listening to my concerns, she was too busy passing judgement on me. After they had taken his measurements she asked me if I was even concerned about his weight. I have been struggling so much with my son and have been so worried and so stressed that her question honestly caught me so off guard and was just so condescending... read more
This place is the best. Our car caught fire and Louisa and the staff were amazing. They gave my daughter a lot of snacks and a teddy bear and gave us water and Gatorade. Dr. Crockett is amazing. He still saw us even though we were late. I'll be forever grateful the way these people looked after us during such a crazy, chaotic moment.
Haven’t had one positive experience with any of the staff we’ve seen at Phoenix children’s. If you’re gonna be rude and miserable rethink a career choice that is centered around children
