Although the neurologist and the medical assistant were great during our appointment. The receptionist at the front desk at the PCH Mercy Gilbert neurology location should consider a career in which she doesn’t need compassion. NEUROLOGY IS WRONG ADDRESS BOTH ON GOOGLE AND ON THEIR GENERAL INFORMATION LINE!!! Had the WORST time trying to make my son's appointment! First it was scheduled for Zoom. I NEVER got a link.. They then said it was in person last minute when I called about the missing Zoom link. I ran up there (30 min drive) to be transferred to 3 different locations within the same area, all for them to not see my son, because we were late. They took such great care of my little man, the doctors, staff, nurses, and assistants were all very kind and personable with myself and my son (fractureed elbow) will be back for a cast next week and just wanted to leave an amazing review for this unit! I recently delivered my baby at Mercy Gilbert, and the pediatricians with Phoenix Children’s went over and beyond for my son’s circumcision. Dr. Kearl was the rounding pediatrician during my stay, and I told her that I preferred a specific method for the circumcision if possible. She quickly contacted her coworker Dr. Laput to see if she was available to come in the plastibell procedure.
