Although the neurologist and the medical assistant were great during our appointment. The receptionist at the front desk at the PCH Mercy Gilbert neurology location should consider a career in which she doesn’t need compassion. While trying to schedule my sons next appointment per our neurologist, among other logistical issues, she had the audacity to tell me that my child is not the only one who has seizures. Child was assaulted at mercy Gilbert Phoenix children’s - not one person has reached out to us since 05/23. Have emailed called and reported to police. Not one staff has reached out- including me the supervisor for mercy Gilbert who was there at time of report to police.
