I wholeheartedly agree with the lowest reviews here. Phoenix Children’s has failed my family twice — with both of my daughters. First failure: My daughter waited SIX MONTHS for a cardiology appointment. The day of the appointment? No call, no show, no explanation — nothing. When I called to ask what happened, I received zero follow-up. I had to cancel the referral and move her care to a provider who actually cares and could schedule us immediately. I cannot say better things about Dr. Walter. She was God send. Helped my baby with a hemangioma, and she was delight to treat with. Thanks Dr. Walter.
I would give them zero stars if I could. They could care less about children and making sure that they get the care they need.
