This place forces you to get vaccines for your small children and if you decide not to go by their schedule they kick you out. Mind you I had already gotten all the vaccines up to the year and because I refused them moving forward they said I had to find a new pediatrician. No one, not even a doctors office should force anyone to do what doesn’t feel right for your child. I had no issue leaving. my child my choice.

Phoenix Children’s incorrectly billed me for services they did not provide, stating that we had two appointments when had only one. I contested the bill as fraudulent given there was no second appointment, and they cannot provide proof of a second appointment. Of course their billing office determined that their billing office billed correctly. $565 for a 45 minute office visit without even seeing a doctor. This place is not worth it when there’s so many other pediatricians to see.

The office is amazing, however scheduling department is very difficult to work with this year. Unable to speak to a manager, since the scheduler says they will contact me and no one ever does.
