The office is amazing, however scheduling department is very difficult to work with this year. Unable to speak to a manager, since the scheduler says they will contact me and no one ever does.
Dr. Meghan Hunter is an amazing pediatrician! She is always attentive, kind, and genuinely cares for both our baby and us. She takes the time to listen to all of my concerns, whether in person or through the clinic’s chat system, and always responds promptly. As a parent dealing with postpartum anxiety, she has helped me feel more at ease and confident in caring for our baby. Her warmth, professionalism, and dedication make her truly exceptional. We are so grateful to have her as our pediatrician!
Phoenix Children's Hospital disregards parents' rights to make informed choices about their child's medical care. We love this office! We see Dr. Prescott and she’s honestly so great. She’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very thorough with every visit. She’s a great listener and I feel like my kids are in the best hands. She’s really supportive and gives really clear explanations and solutions for the issues we come in with. Dr. Mike is great! We recently switched providers and I couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and comfortable, and Dr. Mike is not only great with kids but also quick to respond to messages and requests. Definitely recommend.
