I’ve been taking my kids to this clinic for over 15 years, and it’s honestly painful to see how much it has gone downhill since Phoenix Children’s took over. The overbilling is frustrating, they seem to be pushing appointments that aren’t always necessary, and the staff has become increasingly rude and dismissive. We love Dr. Susan S. Chung! She is so thoughtful and takes extra care to re-explain everything to both parents and children. Her warm and thorough care makes us feel so comfortable and well cared for.
Had a bad experience when I called today to schedule my child’s wellness appointment. Not a warm and friendly staff who schedules the appointments
