First time going here to bring my newborn for their first check up. We were originally supposed to see another doctor but were sadly informed that she was not in office a couple hours before the appointment. Instead we saw Stephanie, I was worried since I didn’t know much info about her. She turned out to be very friendly and listened to all our questions and concerns. She gave great answers and advice. I had already had very bad experiences with Phx children's peds. System failures. Rude workers you name it. Never speaking to real people. Being transferred everywhere, but the office we went to. NOW we schedule online and the system failed again. Apparently my son is showing as a new patient which he is not he's seen the Drs there and so has my middle son multiple times. Instead of still offering the slot that was completely AVAILABLE I was told to reschedule. Wait so there's a spot available, but I cant have it. Sorry mam ... read more
We’re so sad that our pediatrician left this practice, because he truly was the best pediatrician. 🥹❤️ But we still love coming to this clinic—it holds so many good memories for our family, and our son still loves coming here! Super clean 👍🏻
I brought my daughter in for her wellness appointment scheduled at 10:00 AM. Despite arriving on time, we waited for more than an hour without being seen. During this time, we were waiting to be seen by PA Stefanie Laystrom, but there was little to no communication regarding the delay. The quality of care has surpassed other pediatric offices we've worked with in the past. As a mom of 7, it seems like I'm always here for one reason or another. The front staff are warm and welcoming and every pediatrician we've seen is amazing.
