After my regular pediatrician left the practice, I was assigned to see an other pediatrician within this office. Unfortunately, the level of listening and follow-up was not the same. Despite multiple visits for the same health concern, symptoms were consistently minimized, with no real effort to investigate the underlying causes or to look deeper into the issue. Dr Callaway is so patient and thorough. We’ve been taking my son to her since his first newborn check. Her appointments are never rushed and she’s really timely. Also enjoy Natali when she rooms us. I recommend Dr. Callaway if you’re looking for a pediatrician !
We were 13 min late due to a large back up on 202 and Dr Gettleman would not see us. I could understand if we were always late but this is literally our 3rd appt with Gettleman and we have not been late before. Also there was no one waiting in the office it was completely dead. They told me I could wait around until 10am🙄. No understanding or empathy, they did not represent Phoenix Children’s brand or customer service that I receive elsewhere. Will not be going back there.
