Went to 3 doctors before ending up at PCH. PCH doctor seen less than 20 minutes. PCH doctor stole diagnosis and treatment from previous doctor. Got charged $500 for new patient. PCH is a complete scam. Get a primary care doctor and use urgent care. PCH will BLEED YOU dry before you even get a diagnosis.

The scheduler for the dermatology department at the Phoenix Children's hospital, her name is Armani Edwards is very unprofessional. I've been through a lot with my daughter and all of these appts I have to keep track of to be putting up with this female's attitude. She put me on hold and transferred me back to an automated voice directory (I was very nice to her). Luckily, I got a scheduler who was very helpful by the name of E Jackson after dealing with an incompetent female like Armani.

This clinic will not allow you to select your provider. After a Thursday night ER visit we received a stat referral to urology for an 11mm kidney stone, kidney atrophy +2SD, and some lesions with other issues. My daughter has been nauseous 247 for 2 weeks and puking. She is down to 106 pounds at 15 years old. We never saw a doctor that night, only a PA for the ER department. I can only say I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Plotnik at all. My daughter’s vision case is very delicate and he didn’t took the best approach to improve her vision. If anything, it got worse. I won’t go into details cuz I wouldn’t even know where to begin and at this point it really doesn’t matter anymore. Please do your research before you decide on any surgery/treatment with him.

Customer phone service is horrible! We wait at least 15 minutes after our appointment time every single appointment. When I have to call we spend just as long on hold. Then I get told different information each time I call which ends up wasting my time with multiple calls. The actual doctors are wonderful but the rest of the process is miserable!

Awfull people. My new born son 2 days old needs a check out because some problems and my other kids are with kara block. So they say that as my other kids are with other primary they will not take care my new born. Awfull. Never go there.
