Two to Three business days for important seizure medications is wild. I asked previous representatives to please place my daughter’s medications on auto refill for delivery since we live in Chandler - Gilbert. It’s a very far drive for us. Called today for a STAT delivery due to the miscommunication and was told two to three business days. Wow, this is very concerning and a shame. Phoenix Children’s need to hire better staffing to handle urgent needs. Especially for a patient that has chronic conditions. Very disappointed!
When its time to refill my daughter medication its always an issue. I call the pharmacy no answer. Doctors are no help at all. Been waiting 3 days for my daughter's medicine and its still isn't here
My daughter schedule was removed from system and they did not call me the schedule has been removed and we waited for schedule confirmation for 3 months. However, we went to our schedule and I explained today is my daughter appointment Christina Medina from from desk researched on their system and find out that I’m right I have not received any call for cancellation. We have been using Phoenix Children's Hospital Pharmacy for over 3 years now, every month we have medications filled. Out of 3 years I've only had one bad incident but it was really no big deal. The staff is great and so caring!! I would especially love to give a giant shout-out to Angelina!! Oh my goodness this beautiful soul has been such a Blessing to our family!!
