Our office visit was great. We had an early mid-week appointment and waited no more than 5 minutes. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor was professional and communicated well with my teen. My only complaint about this facility is with billing. Even though this was a scheduled outpatient visit, and not an emergency or hospital-based procedure, we were still billed for the use of the hospital facility and equipment, which was an additional $300. I don’t know why people give bad reviews here. The medical staff really try their best to help. They’re super busy and serving a lot of people. But the quality of care is superb. Thank you PCH.
Unfortunately, we have made a few visits over the years, but each visit has been as positive as possible. There is always a security guard at the door monitoring the comings and goings. The staff is kind and helpful
This place needs to re-train the front staff. all of them are just rude and horrible. Specially when parents go in with questions or concerns about their child . They just need to be more knowledgeable and specially kind to the parents….
