I don’t know why people give bad reviews here. The medical staff really try their best to help. They’re super busy and serving a lot of people. But the quality of care is superb. Thank you PCH.
Unfortunately, we have made a few visits over the years, but each visit has been as positive as possible. There is always a security guard at the door monitoring the comings and goings. The staff is kind and helpful
This place needs to re-train the front staff. all of them are just rude and horrible. Specially when parents go in with questions or concerns about their child . They just need to be more knowledgeable and specially kind to the parents….
Maybe I have been lucky, but I have always had a good experience at PCH Urgent Care. Yes, we have had to wait sometime to see a doctor but not an unreasonable amount. The nurses there are great and took amazing care of my daughter. We have had 3 visits in the past month. Front desk has always been prompt and knowledgeable, nursing and medical assistants have always been kind and helpful, and the doctors who treated were thorough, even if I had to wait a little while. Overall good experience.
