Worst ER experience we’ve ever had. The staff were completely unorganized. Every time we asked a question, the nurse had to run off and ask someone else and it wasn’t just with us, we saw the same thing happening to other families too. If it weren’t for her doctors working at this hospital, I would never have brought my child here. It’s no surprise they have so many bad reviews and such a low rating. This place is no longer anywhere close to being a top hospital in the valley.
Avoid at all cost. If possible take your child somewhere else.
Horrible horrible experience at the ER. The nurse we got did not know how to insert a catheter and repeatedly poked my daughter. My daughter was in extreme pain, seems like the nurse did not know what she was doing. I repeatedly asked for Dr Wendy to evaluate what was wrong and if she could just jump in to help but never once did she come to our room to checkup on my daughter.
