Just 2 weeks shy a full year since my daughters hospitalization I received a $433 bill out of the blue. Despite the literal tens of thousands of dollars insurance paid then and the $thousands I paid out of pocket last year, they come for a shake down out of nowhere a year later when it couldn't come at a worse time financially.
