It's an Emergency room and you have to wait more than 3 hours to be seen. It is ridiculous. My son had convulsions because of the high fever he had. No one bothered to take his temp at all. I was asked to wait UNTILL I was called. 3 hours later No one has called us so I get up and ask and still was nowhere close to being called .. they either need ppl that move faster or a bigger emergency room. Very very disappointed
