First of all being a nurse myself it is always difficult to bring my child into the emergency room for non emergency events, and being tricare insured that is usually our only option during off clinic hours. PCH urgent care was a quick intake process and doctor was in quickly as well. Everyone was amazing. We did have our sons toy stolen in the waiting room while we were tending to him and unbeknownst to us the staff took note of the event and we just received a follow up call to offer replacement of said toy! The PCH urgent care takes very good care of you especially in urgent situations and collaborates with Sub-Specialists if needed.
The ONLY place to take your kids for emergency help. Compassionate and caring they get them in and fixed fast without making it a scary experience. We love PCH!

My child is scared of doctors, they do an amazing job making her feel comfortable! I love this place
Front counter person made a rude comment to my child. Upsetting. I wont return to this location.
