This family owned business apparently cannot handle a family emergency and still be polite and helpful to their prospective customers. They had an appointment at our home today for an estimate on patio awning - no one showed up and when we called, person on phone was very rude and hung up because "we didn't understanding having a family member get a kidney transplant" even though we knew nothing about it because NO ONE called to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
