I just called for a service request for a broken washing machine. I was told they had nobody in the area. I asked if I could schedule an appointment. I was told basically no and to call someone else. Terrible first impression.
RJ was so knowledgeable - he was quickly able to diagnose the problem with my electronic stove; he even called back on Saturday to make sure the appliance was working properly. He's got 40 years experience and knows appliances inside and out. We could use more service techs like RJ!
The technician, RJ, went way above and beyond to get my LG refrigerator working again. Really knows his stuff and is very honest and fair! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again for all my future appliance repairs.
RJ is an excellent appliance repairman. He made it a point to try to diagnose our refrigerator problem, so that he had the parts with him to do a one trip repair. He gave us very useful advice on the care of our appliances. He is very personable and a fountain of information. We will definitely have RJ do any repair work we need done.
