I just want to say how blessed this community is to have such a wonderful vets office. I had to take in my 16 yr old lab to be put to sleep. Dr. Winters and the entire staff were so compantionat and understanding. Giving me all the time i needed to say goodbye. I was very thankful that they made the process as easy as possible. They handled the cremation for me and sent me a beautiful card a few days later. When I'm ready to adopt again, I will be definatly be using Phoenix Animal Hospital.

Came in with a kitten with pneumonia. This is not my regular vet as he is closed weekends at the time I needed care. Was told I had to go to the emergency vet so I asked for a minute to make some phone calls for prices before heading there. Not 2 minutes later the tech came BURSTING into the room yelling at me to “GET OFF THE PHONE AND TALK TO THE DOCTOR!” I am sitting in tears trying to figure out if I have to put my kitten down or not and she does this! The Vets and the staff are very capable and helpful. Their care for your pet and communication are consistently good. Dr Winters is very straightforward and only suggests what's best to care for my dog, nothing more and nothing less. I'm impressed with their customer service as well and feel so strongly that I took the time to write this. Thank you for taking good care of Logan
