In spite of being several hours later than scheduled appointment, technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and got the job done.
We installed a NEW unit 3 years ago and it had issues at least a few times a year, we even paid for the service checks and everything. It’s ridiculous and super frustrating. You expect to not have any issues with a new install and I feel like we have more.
Thank you for the great service ! Ryan saved the day :) . Highly recommend!
Very thorough, experienced, and intelligent. Shout out to Technician Mike K. Who really knows our system inside and out - and did a super thorough cleaning of algae out of our pump, dehumidifier, etc.
Justin was very good and nice! I would ask for him.
